I didn't purchase the service but I was in a parking lot getting in my car when they pulled up behind me and asked if I needed to go soon. I responded yes, Im heading to work. They said no problem we will move our truck and proceed to get things out of the back of the truck. I thought maybe they will move their truck after getting things out, but no they then lower the back of the truck and the same guy tells me "We are here to move a 6 foot piano. My family will only use Davis Piano Moving -- nobody but. My dad used them; I started using them when I bought my very first piano; used them again when my fiance convinced me to buy a 1939 Cable grand with a Walnut finish; and after my dad died, I used them again to move his Yamaha polished ebony grand piano into our basement. Moved my Weber grand to the farm. These guys had to be the most knowledgeable, professional, and most efficient. Especially working in below freezing temperatures!!! Absolutely outstanding customer service!!!!
Not only was Davis Piano moving literally half the price of another company, but they were also phenomenal at communicating. Could not have asked for a better experience. Will definitely be using them again!
Wonderful! I highly recommend. The movers did more than they'll ever know for me. Long story short, my father passed 3 years ago but as a child bought me a piano. We had to give it away when they moved 7 years ago down south. The lady offered to give it back to me when I got my first house, and of course we had to use Davis. We used it when we had the piano, she used it when she moved it too. We love this company and appreciate how careful, helpful, and kind they handle everything. Thank you! ❤
