I didn't purchase the service but I was in a parking lot getting in my car when they pulled up behind me and asked if I needed to go soon. I responded yes, Im heading to work. They said no problem we will move our truck and proceed to get things out of the back of the truck. I thought maybe they will move their truck after getting things out, but no they then lower the back of the truck and the same guy tells me "We are here to move a 6 foot piano. I would highly recommend Davis Piano Moving to anyone. Jessica was very friendly and helpful when I first called with questions. The move itself was on time, efficient, and very professional. After the move, I noticed that the pipe for my piano humidifier came loose during the move. When I reached out, they responded right away and connected me with Ray. My family will only use Davis Piano Moving -- nobody but. My dad used them; I started using them when I bought my very first piano; used them again when my fiance convinced me to buy a 1939 Cable grand with a Walnut finish; and after my dad died, I used them again to move his Yamaha polished ebony grand piano into our basement. Tomorrow, they will be moving my mother-in-law's Spinet piano for the Leola Lucille Travis Foundation to help underprivileged youth experience music education. Moved my Weber grand to the farm. These guys had to be the most knowledgeable, professional, and most efficient. Especially working in below freezing temperatures!!! Absolutely outstanding customer service!!!!

Not only was Davis Piano moving literally half the price of another company, but they were also phenomenal at communicating. Could not have asked for a better experience. Will definitely be using them again!
