I took the vehicle for an Inspection, I received a preliminary estimate with a calibration fee of $515. The insurance company, Allstate, got a hold of the body shop and requested to remove items due to "prior damage." On the final estimate submitted to Allstate the body shop chose to not only remove "prior damage adjustment," but also removed the Calibration fee of $515 from the final estimate shorting me $515.
