They were friendly throughout the process, but unfortunately, my experience with the repair itself was frustrating. I was initially told that the only amount I would have to pay was what the insurance company had provided, which was $1,347 and some change. My car is a 2021 model with only 55,000 miles on it. I've taken really good care of it but it saddly suffered a bit of cosmetic damage a few months back due to a hail storm. I brought my car into Davis Paint and Collision at the end of June to get an estimate and potentially have them fix the hail damage. They gave me their estimate and my insurance unfortunatly decided NOT to pay for the damage which would've sucked enough but DP&C decided to one-up them.
