My braces hurt :)
The staff are fantastic to work with, courteous and professional! The results are amazing for my daughter’s teeth and we are really pleased! My daughter felt good about sharing her thoughts on her teeth throughout the process and felt listened to at each appointment. We have had 4 children at the clinic for orthodontic care and highly recommend!
The worst experience I've had the displeasure of paying almost 10k for. They DO NOT listen to your concerns, I've complained numerous times that I had a tooth still crooked and it was causing discomfort and they would not take me seriously. after almost 3 years in braces, and MANY COMPLAINTS, I requested to have them removed bc THEY DO NOT LISTEN TO YOU. I'm seeking ortho treatment elsewhere now as I still have a small gap in my front teeth...Which I complained about and was brushed off.
