Working out quite well overall, and the rates are fair when compared to the hedge fund owned operations. There are time constraints to access the unit but this was transparent from the onset and one just has to plan around it, not a 'show stopper' for me. I had one issue with the garage door and it was rectified in a few days time. Courteous and professional, including the parent location in Woodland. Thank you Sierra Mini!
