By far the worst waiting time. We moved from Hickory to Statesville temporarily after selling our home and came here for prenatal services for our 3rd child. The wait time is just insanely unacceptable. 45 minutes up to an whole hour every single time. I don't know what they do to be honest. After a hour of wait time, just to get a 5-10 minute service. Their wait time is awful. You’ll get there at 8:40 for a 9:00 appt and not even go back there till 10. And Dr. Givens is kind of rude. I’d go to PHC Womens Care if I were you.

Continues to reschedule appointments and makes it impossible to get seen. They have pushed my friend (Bailey Jordan) back for so long that she can no longer go anywhere else! Seriously everyone needs to get on the same page and communicate better!
