I went to the ER at Davis Medical Center. I was admitted almost immediately. Dr. Sears was the attending physician and I cant say enough about the care I received from him. He was kind and very thorough. Each time he was in my cubicle for treatment, before leaving he asked if I had any questions for him. He explained everything he was doing to me and why. Shame on you I have never been so upset staff treated me like garbage and Didn’t treat me for dehydration, even though my urine test showed it I was given no fluid no pain medication even though I cannot take most of them so obviously I’m not a drug seeker. Basically I was told that my pain and blood in my urine was nothing and sent on my way after I was sat there six hours.
From out of state and needed my appendix removed. The staff at this facility are some of the best I have seen. They truly work hard and seem to care so much about the patients. Thank you all for taking care of me and saving my life.
You know, I’m from out of state, and I really have to say that this hospital is truly great. The front desk lady, was very gentle and quick. They ushered me back immediately and took care of me within 10 minutes. The nurses, registration, NP, doctor, RT, was so kind and fast. No one made me feel worse, they got me whatever I needed, and I just loved the atmosphere. You can feel how positive the environment is. This is hands down the best ER visits I’ve ever had.
