My daughter ended up In the ER while we were out of town. In the ER Josh and Clay were both amazing to us, once she got to icu she has Jason and he was awesome. We are very pleased with the care she received! Thank you guys so much!!!
The family office won't return phone calls, won't answer the phone, has conflicting information systems (depends on who might finally answer the phone) and somehow doesn't keep track of appointments, even though everything is digital. Really incompetent employees working at DMC, scary actually.
I was in the ER on Saturday night 7/12with severe right side and back pain scale of 8. My nurse came in the room immediately. 45 minutes later….. still no Dr. I hit the call button to ask for anything for pain, even a Tylenol or ibuprofen. The staff member that came in said he wasn’t sure why the Dr hadn’t been in because they weren’t busy. Another 15-20 minutes and the Dr finally came in. He finally ordered pain meds, which I waited another 15min for. Got an IV, blood drawn, and then pain meds. Had a few other things done….... read more
