Visit for puppy rabies shot. No introduction, Dr. walks in "what are we doing today?" I commented that I believe my puppy is supposed to get his last puppy shot as well as his rabies. Vet said, I wouldn't know and walks out. Tried to ask couple questions, but he was gone... Literally. Never have encountered a veterinarian like that before.
This is the place you need to be taking your pets instead of getting ripped off at other Vets!!
All of the staff are wonderful, kind and caring. We love Dr. Davis and they take care of Poe 🥰 and make us feel so comfortable
Peggy at the front desk is rude and has zero customer service. There is no office manager to complain to. Called twice to speak with Dr. Davis and they said he won't talk to me. He didn't even know I was calling. Then they hung up on me both times. I told Renee (who answered the phone) that several people in Monticello have left and gone elsewhere because of her. She replies, "thats ok, for everyone we lose, we gat 10 better customers" and hung up on me. Highly recommend not going there.
Very caring, honest and helpful with our cat. We will definitely return in the future.
