I requested that the closing documents be mailed so my wife and I could sign them together and have them notarized around our work and family schedules. Instead, I was required to come into the office. During my appointment, the attorney made unwanted physical contact that made me uncomfortable. I left feeling that my reasonable request was ignored and that the experience was unprofessional.
