This law firm was a complete disappointment. Once they got my payment, communication stopped and I was left in the dark. There was no guidance, no reassurance,nothing that made me feel like they were actually working for me. Worse yet, they pulled a bait-and-switch. Without any notice, they replaced my attorney with someone who showed up to court knowing nothing about my case. The last day they get there late and its again another person I hadnt mrt yet.
