I'm not too sure. Maybe they only answer certain people/certain situations or cases. I initially called multiple times and didn't receive an answer for a week or so. I was informed once they did reply, that at that time they were relocating their office and wouldn't begin taking cases again Sept. 1, 2018. I've sent two emails since then and still no response.
