Christopher Davis met with us via Zoom, at first in order to explain what we needed with his expertise. First, to transfer stocks from my Mother's account to me. Second, sell mineral rights on 8 parcels in North Dakota. Christopher was the only person, after researching for 2 years, who knew exactly how complex this would be.
