I had an auto accident on 8/13/2019. I was badly injured, my hospital bill was 145,523 dollars, the person responsible had only the bear minimum of auto insurance and for medical 30,000 dollars, my car was totaled and out of that Jim Davis took a fee of 10,000 when he could have waive his fee. They can actually do there job instead of just putting case's on hold and then say they can't help you out to find a bigger attorney because the case was so big for him. My case had to do with the children's Methodist hospital, they had a sink hole that opened up and took my nephew and I into it I still need surgery on both knees and I also got the hospital bills and bills from the Davis doctors as well plus they even had the construction company over there that night covering the hole I had pictures of everything I was even... read more

Absolutely the most annoying clown on TV. Why anyone would use this overcharging ambulance chaser is beyond me. The client does most of the suffering and his firm takes a HUGE chunk of the settlement.
do not use this law firm in any way shape or form they do not know what they're doing they do not know how to negotiate they lie to you when they make a mistake and try to cover it up.... these guys could not even recover a simple $3,700 medical bill from a car accident that the other person was at fault... I caught them in several lies and several mistakes so I'm warning you please do not use these people you will end up worse than what you are to begin with
