Inmates being recorded with employee personal cellphones. Complaints do not go anywhere. As they are always handled in house and the person who makes the report always ends up fired or quitting because turns into retaliation/hostile environment
Very bad costumes service. No helpful. I went to hospital. when I came back from the hospital. The Doctor prescribed me the medication. They never bothered to give me my medication or let me go pick my medication up from the drug store. It's taken me 2 weeks to get my medication. Bad bad place to be.
