If you hire Roger Layne, you will regret it. My dear friend hired Roger to help with a divorce and I have sat in on some of the meetings and the mediation. Absolute waste of time and money. Zero communication. Lazy. Didn't even bother trying to settle case. Just ignored it and let it drag on until he was fired and a new attorney retained. Roger was completely negligent.
