8 months pregnant.. came to ER for vaginal bleeding at 3am. It's almost 7 am and they said there are no drs on site. We'd have to wait another 1.5 hours. HOW DO YOU NOT HAVE DRS ON SITE AT AN EMERGENCY ROOM. THIS MAKES NO SENSE. to make things worse.... nobody comes in to check on us. Had to get up a few times just to get a damn update. this is ridiculous.
Had my first baby there just the other day and omg! I had no clue what I was doing or how to approach paperwork, billing... Basically awful at retaining information with this being my first time. For someone with the absolute worst anxiety and socially awkward I felt so comfortable and relieved. The staff was so warm welcoming, very understanding, attentive and patient. I was so nervous about every little thing and I'd go here again. The nurses especially Jules, Octavia, Gloria were like family and so trusting. I really wish... read more
