I applied to an apartment that this company had listed on their website for rent. I paid the application fee. I was contacted and arranged a viewing of the place. The whole thing was a scam. The apartment they showed me was UNINHABITABLE. It was being used by homeless people, the window was propped open by a plastic wall outlet cover, there was shit in the toilet, exposed pipes, trash everywhere, ceiling had holes in it everywhere. I paid $35 for the background check. Was disqualified for whatever reason . I ask for a copy of the background check. The phone listed is not give to the office and the actual office it seems is never open I don't what time of day you go..2 months of just a run around. It's like geesh I paid $35 and can't get a simple copy
Run don't ever rent from this company even if you are desperate..what they put my family through still haunts me to this day please don't do it
Honestly I just came here because my cat died the night before and my mom works here and she let me skip school :3
