Davis is very professional and patiently walked us through every step of closing on our new home. He made what seemed to be an overwhelming process, become a dream come true!
Davis made my experience extremely easy and understandable thanks to his patience and knowledge, the closing on my wife and my new house went in my opinion much more smoothly than I ever would have anticipated. Would very much recommend.
They were very helpful in getting a title updated on the spur of the moment. I had 200 miles to go to the register of deeds only to find out that you can’t just walk up and bring your paperwork and fill it out there. They will only do a title update when you use a real estate attorney. I was lucky to find them and let them know that I had just driven into town and really needed to get with someone if I could that day.
