Took my wife's car to Davis Honda to correct an issue that we'd taken it to Piazza Honda for twice. The car was vibrating at highway speeds, but Piazza Honda wouldn't take the car past the roads around the dealership. Instead, they charged me almost $1500 total and didn't fix the problem, so off to Davis we went. The difference at Davis was like night and day. They try to uncharged you for anyrhing, hold onto cars for unnecessarily long for a 40 minute fix, and complain if you do it yourself. I literally overheard them complain I won't pay $300 for a muffler. No.

I recently visited the Honda Service Center for a recall, and I wanted to share my experience. The staff was professional, but I especially want to highlight the exceptional customer service provided by Matthew. He was incredibly helpful throughout the entire process, explaining everything clearly and ensuring that I was comfortable with the steps being taken. His friendly and attentive approach made a potentially stressful situation much easier to navigate. A big thank you to Matthew for your great customer service!!
