They try to uncharged you for anyrhing, hold onto cars for unnecessarily long for a 40 minute fix, and complain if you do it yourself. I literally overheard them complain I won't pay $300 for a muffler. No.
I recently visited the Honda Service Center for a recall, and I wanted to share my experience. The staff was professional, but I especially want to highlight the exceptional customer service provided by Matthew. He was incredibly helpful throughout the entire process, explaining everything clearly and ensuring that I was comfortable with the steps being taken. His friendly and attentive approach made a potentially stressful situation much easier to navigate. A big thank you to Matthew for your great customer service!!
Definitely recommend, even when there is problems they are honest and they fix it and they are always very kind
Don’t get your car serviced here, I was charged 236 dollars for one tire, made an appointment to wait 2 hours for them to put 1 tire on was late to work because of them and they stole my spare tire in the trunk never gave it back just kept it
