I would give this service center a 0-star rating if I could. I visited the service department on December 12, 2025, and my experience was deeply disappointing. Took my wife's car to Davis Honda to correct an issue that we'd taken it to Piazza Honda for twice. The car was vibrating at highway speeds, but Piazza Honda wouldn't take the car past the roads around the dealership. Instead, they charged me almost $1500 total and didn't fix the problem, so off to Davis we went. The difference at Davis was like night and day. Great service. Polite, friendly, and professional. Service your Honda here, not that other place!
They try to uncharged you for anyrhing, hold onto cars for unnecessarily long for a 40 minute fix, and complain if you do it yourself. I literally overheard them complain I won't pay $300 for a muffler. No.
