I brought my car in for an oil change and CVT fluid service and asked if the technician could briefly check underneath the trunk area while the car was already on the lift. I would give this service center a 0-star rating if I could. I visited the service department on December 12, 2025, and my experience was deeply disappointing. Took my wife's car to Davis Honda to correct an issue that we'd taken it to Piazza Honda for twice. The car was vibrating at highway speeds, but Piazza Honda wouldn't take the car past the roads around the dealership. Instead, they charged me almost $1500 total and didn't fix the problem, so off to Davis we went. The difference at Davis was like night and day.
