Took my wife's car to Davis Honda to correct an issue that we'd taken it to Piazza Honda for twice. The car was vibrating at highway speeds, but Piazza Honda wouldn't take the car past the roads around the dealership. Great service. Polite, friendly, and professional. Service your Honda here, not that other place!
They try to uncharged you for anyrhing, hold onto cars for unnecessarily long for a 40 minute fix, and complain if you do it yourself. I literally overheard them complain I won't pay $300 for a muffler. No.
I recently visited the Honda Service Center for a recall, and I wanted to share my experience. The staff was professional, but I especially want to highlight the exceptional customer service provided by Matthew. He was incredibly helpful throughout the entire process, explaining everything clearly and ensuring that I was comfortable with the steps being taken.
