Numerous warning signs at this dealership I had bought a 2015 Acura ILX with bad rotors. I arrived at 11:45 AM and didn’t leave until 6:30 PM. Since the mechanic was unavailable, we were told to pick up the car the next day. While we were expressing our concerns, the manager came over, agreed with us, and acknowledged that the paperwork shouldn’t have taken this long. Very bad service. Do not come here. They will tell you there is $2500 off special for all Honda used cars, but after you spend 3 hrs looking at cars they will say no, it is sticker price. Total waste of time: they also show you cars which you cannot even drive, and they say the car is perfect
Went to this dealership for a car that we saw on CarGurus. The price listed on CarGurus is lower than the sticker price. When asked what would the price be if we pay cash , the salesman gave us a quoted price where the MSRP is higher than the price listed on the sticker and CarGurus. The salesman told us that we get a discount of $3500 from the MSRP, and the price came down to be the same as listed on CarGurus excluded other fees and taxes. Beware they are selling lemons, got a vehicle from them September of last year and constantly running into mechanical issues.
