I absolutely agree with the person who would give Davis Homes 0 stars if it was possible. I moved to Iowa to be near family and went to check out the homes at Davis Homes. Sid and the entire family were so nice, I fell for their con. I purchased a new home and paid cash. Once they had my money in their hands, they didn t know who I was. i recently started looking for a home and and talked to quit a few dealers then i talked to sid at davis homes him and his team has been extremely awesome im getting a 16 by 80 brand new home over twenty thousand cheaper then anywhere around iowa city ceder rapids area sid has been so helpful i would highly recommend this man to any one give sid a call youll be quit surprised how great he will treat you and the pleasant experience at davis homes
If I could score them 0 stars I would. Unprofessional, unhelpful and undeserving of any business from Iowa s hard working families. They were rude, unorganized and unhelpful from the moment I walked in the door. DO NOT buy a home from these people.
