Your residence is outside of our service area and we informed your warranty company promptly that we could not do the job for this reason. We are happy that you found a company who took care of the problem.
Nothing but fantastic things to say about this company. Errol is great and extremely Knowledgeable. He takes his time to explain what the issue was, how to fix it and what to do to avoid it in the future. I would highly recommend them AND him!!!
My heat went out on Friday. After being stood up by another HVAC company on Monday, I called Davis Heating & Cooling on Tuesday morning. I was able to get a same day appt around noon! Turns out we had a burned out control board and a new one would need to be ordered. It was ordered and we were back up and running by Friday. Errol was very prompt, communicative, and professional during the entire process. He even wore shoe covers while working in the house!
