Went in for an appointment with Hong Lu and the guy was busy with another client. Funny thing he had confirmed the appointment taken 2 days ago with me this morning as well but he had another client sitting with him. I get it you got another walk in client but have the decency to inform me that you won’t be available. Waste of my time especially when my time is my money. Very disappointing!!
I found Hong Lu excellent to deal with. His communication was excellent, clear and quick. I'd recommend Hong.
I took my vehicle to get detailed at Davis. They charged $200.00. When I got my smaill vehicle back they did nothing but barely wipe the dust off my dash, the chocolate that had melted in pocket on my dash was still there, there wasn't any cleaner or protectant on the dash, the windows still had streaks, the hatch hadn't been vacuumed. They messed with my stereo setting so much so that I had to pay to get reset. When I brought my concerns to the manger of that area he just made excuses.
