When you drop $130k on a vehicle you would think you would get some decent customer service... Apparently not.... The sales guy couldn't even pick up the phone when we were making the deal. I ordered window visors (the outside ones) he took it upon himself to change it without even asking me.... He added the 3M package without my consent (Not even done right, corners are not laid in properly) And for the price I paid you would have thought the rear bumper was included. Nope... Very Disappointing Experience - No Reimbursement! I usually don’t leave negative reviews, but I feel like I need to warn others about my experience with Davis. I purchased a car from them a few months ago, and they promised me a reimbursement for hinges. However, weeks have gone by, and despite numerous follow-ups, they’ve failed to honor their commitment. I had a very disappointing experience at this dealership. The staff was inattentive at first, then overly pushy once I got help. The advertised price didn’t match what they presented in person, with extra fees that weren’t clearly explained. The car I test drove wasn’t properly cleaned and had scratches that were brushed off as “normal.” Overall, the process felt misleading and uncomfortable. I won’t be returning.
