A very easy process to get your screens repaired and upgraded. Simply drop off your screens, they will supply you a quote and you decide if you want to proceed - with zero pressure whatsoever. In my case I requested quotes for regular screening and noseeum material replacement service. I received very competitive and reasonable quotes, decided to split the service 50/50 between regular and upgraded material, waited a few days and received a text they were ready for pick-up. Good customer service! I ordered a window from them last summer. It came in the wrong size but I didn’t notice until almost 6 months after I initially picked it up. I thought it might be a hassle getting a replacement that far out from the purchase date but to my surprise they made it right and ordered me a replacement right away!
My garage window was broken during a game of volleyball. I took the window to Davis Glass and Screen and they had no problem replacing the dual paned Anderson window. And it was way less expensive than I thought it would be. AND, they had the best Halloween candy in town!
Not impressed. I had several screens re-screened by them. Initially I had requested they come to my house because it was a challenge for me to remove all the screens and bring them in myself but they wouldn’t travel the 2 miles to my house to retrieve them. I brought them in myself and it took longer than expected . Two of the screens that they put new screen material starting coming apart within 6 months. I wouldn’t recommend them as a reliable company.
