My garage window was broken during a game of volleyball. I took the window to Davis Glass and Screen and they had no problem replacing the dual paned Anderson window. And it was way less expensive than I thought it would be. AND, they had the best Halloween candy in town!
Not impressed. I had several screens re-screened by them. Initially I had requested they come to my house because it was a challenge for me to remove all the screens and bring them in myself but they wouldn’t travel the 2 miles to my house to retrieve them. I brought them in myself and it took longer than expected . Two of the screens that they put new screen material starting coming apart within 6 months. I wouldn’t recommend them as a reliable company.
I went to the State Farm insurance company. That went well.
I wouldn’t give them even one star. They are non-responsive to my emails, they do not answer when called, and their voicemail message box is full, so nobody can leave a voicemail. A window in my unit was broken on May 15, 2023. My leasing manager called Davis Glass to make the repairs. A representative from Davis Glass came out to take measurements, and give an estimate for replacement.
