Great customer service! I originally set out to get a customized sheet of glass from another company. The other company's owner was not rude until I failed to pick the glass up once. The next time I called, the owner gave me an attitude (I called him more than once and he was rude)! I decided to take my business somewhere else, and called Davis Glass. Very /Bad I would never call again, Rude service!
AVOID DAVIS GLASS LIKE THE PLAGUE!! Very disappointing, every single person I spoke with on the telephone was rude at best, and one particular woman with a British accent was actually hostile, and here we were potential customers! I was astounded at the utter lack of customer service. Even over the phone, Davis Glass seemed to be a very unpleasant place to deal with.
