This past weekend, I attended a memorial service for a husband and wife, both of whom were lost too early. My usual foreboding of "funeral homes" was immediately dispelled upon entering Davis Funeral and Memorial Park on S. Rainbow. The staff was respectful without being maudlin and the property was warm and inviting without the formula sterile surroundings of most mortuaries. I suggest that should your family find a need, you may wish to consider Davis Funeral Home & Memorial Park on S. Rainbow Blvd.

Dealing with a sister's death from long distance is not easy. But Davis Funeral Home has made this process a lot easier for us all. Dominique has been wonderful to work with.
My mother and I have been in contact with this funeral home with the passing of both my grandparents. They were incredibly hard to reach and extremely rude over the phone on multiple occasions. There was even time that they didn't have the correct information on how my grandparents were to be cremated or how they wanted their funeral arrangements to proceed. When it comes to this business, the experience has been nothing short of devastating. I wouldn’t even consider laying my beloved dog to rest here; it’s been an absolute nightmare, especially when you’re grappling with the loss of a family member.
