My husband has trained with Davis Fit since we moved up to Prescott. Cody works with each individual curating a specific routine suited to the needs and goals of each. He is a fine person as well.

I was intimidated by the gym and weight training but Cody made me feel at ease. He helped me increase my strength and confidence with workouts catered to my fitness level and goals. He is passionate and knowledgeable about what he does and it definitely shows.

I went to Davis fit to try and reach my fitness goals and build usable muscle. I was bulky mass and minimal endurance, Cody was able to help guide and train me with a vast knowledge of diet and particular training towards my goals and endurance needs . After reaching these goals, I've continued his same training and diets in my daily life and sport. If your looking for results, I would highly recommend Davis fit to achieve them.

Had an awesome experience training with Cody. Custom training program and nutrition plan got me shredded for summer. I still talk about the 500 rep leg day we did lol
