Very knowledgeable, very friendly
Cody is a fantastic personal trainer. I was nervous being a woman who hasn’t worked out since high school (over 15 years ago) but he makes the experience enjoyable. Very knowledgeable, patient, and encouraging. I am currently going though a 30 day intensive program with him and I coulndn’t be happier!
