The training and atmosphere is phenomenal! 10 stars, no question. Amazing setup and Cody is a natural teacher which helps someone like me who’s just beginning their fitness journey. I’d highly recommend if you’re new to working out or want to perfect your form, this is the right place to go!
Cody is great! I am just starting my fitness journey and he patient with me and extremely knowledgeable. He has help me with my form and makes its fun at the same time! I am taking group sessions with him and we all have different experience levels and he caters to all of our needs individually. 10/10 would recommend at any level of your fitness journey!
Hired Cody to help motivate and create some Team bonding for my sales team. Experience has been fantastic. We are one month in and Cody has been fantastic, super knowledgeable and fun atmosphere. I’m going to continue to bring my team in and I may even schedule some sessions for myself
