We had norovirus going through our house so I had to cancel my first appt. I called in advance of my appt and cancelled. When I called to reschedule they dropped me as a patient and refused to reschedule since I wasn't able to attend my first appt. I understand it is important to recover costs but this policy is ridiculous especially for a doctors office that focuses on family medicine.
I've been going to Doctor Davis for 7 years now. She and her PA's are amazing. I love their quiet homey feeling office and that they can usually get me in on the same day I've called if it's urgent. She now cares for my whole family in a wide range of needs, my kids live her office too.
Awesome treatment as usual! Everyone in the office fun and professional at the same time.
