Friendly staff!
Stopped in Crystal River office Trouble hearing f with hearing device. Girls took the aid. Cleaned it up let my husband watch. They replace a piece and the wire. Hearing much better
From the 1st phone call to the actual appointment very professional, kind and knowledgeable. McKenzie and everyone were super awesome! I apologize I can not remember all the names. I will say there was no pressure, just straight forward to the point conversation and to be honest I appreciated that. Seriously an awesome experience and if they need you to bring a familiar voice and you are able I highly recommend. Thank you again for the quick appointment and most of all your kindness.
McKensie did a good job during the session that we had and I was pleased that she had upgraded her position since the last time that I visited Davis Family Hearing Center.
