Bought a building through this dealer a year and half ago. No complaints about the purchase or building, but was encouraged to skip permitting which has had us dealing with hell with code enforcement. Of course it's apparently our responsibility as residents to know and get permits, but sellers aren't liable for unpermitted work. The manufacturer also charges a lot for a set of plans on top of already costly build.
Great Buying Experience! Charles is the most honest salesman i have ever know. No high pressure, explained all the details in easy to understand language. I would recommend you to buy her . I probably will be back. Telling all my friends to visit him and get a great deal on a builging or carport. Thanks again Charles!
