The air conditioning unit was not functioning properly, so I scheduled a service visit. The technician performed a series of seemingly ineffective tests and charged me an excessive amount for simply replacing the thermostat. Additionally, he placed a sticker on the wall, which I found unprofessional. After the visit, I had to contact them again as the issue was not resolved.
