Asked for installation of service entry wire from pole to house. Sated ticket was filled out but made it very clear that West Virginia deer season is more important. I can see where customer service stands. Won't be needing service from a organization of this low caliber. Have not heard anything from them. Unresponsive makes a business not worthy of hiring.

Customer service is absolutely terrible and seriously lacks communication. I like to buy local, but it's not worth it. I purchased a washer and dryer from here less than 6 months ago for $2,000. The washer already broke, and I phoned immediately. I got the run around for a week being told the part was ordered when it was not and shuffled to various people on the phone. I had to physically go to the store to get service. Now I'm still waiting to be updated on whether or not the part is here, and when they are going to fix my ... read more
