Customer service is absolutely terrible and seriously lacks communication. I like to buy local, but it's not worth it. I purchased a washer and dryer from here less than 6 months ago for $2,000. The washer already broke, and I phoned immediately. I got the run around for a week being told the part was ordered when it was not and shuffled to various people on the phone.
