This is for sure one of the worst companies that I had to deal with their staff is rude, unprofessional and disrespectful they have a property in Kingwood Texas where they claim to be luxury but nothing close to real. The gates has been open for 4 weeks now all the door that supposed to be close and only get access with the PUB does not work anybody can come in an out whatever they want. Appalled by the unprofessional behavior of some employees at Sire Kingwood. I felt almost bullied to send back a rental verification, although I communicated when it would be sent. I also expressed that I was overseeing two communities & could not make time to complete the form as requested until today. Being that we are in the same industry, I would expect a bit more understanding & consideration. Thanks!
Do not live at a Davis Development community. The fire alarm goes off several times a week for no rhyme or reason and when they did alarm maintenance, they flooded half a building. They will enter your apartment with no notice and potentially lock you out, when you try to get ahold of the community management or Davis development directly they will give you the run around. There are no solutions being made other than “I’m sorry.” After hearing that for months, sorry does not cut it. Something needs to be done.
I currently reside at the Adara Overland Park community in Kansas. This is the second Davis Development property I have lived in. I absolutely love their communities! But the sad part for me is when they sell their properties and the other company takes over because it means that the Davis Development property management team must go.
