This is for sure one of the worst companies that I had to deal with their staff is rude, unprofessional and disrespectful they have a property in Kingwood Texas where they claim to be luxury but nothing close to real. The gates has been open for 4 weeks now all the door that supposed to be close and only get access with the PUB does not work anybody can come in an out whatever they want. Appalled by the unprofessional behavior of some employees at Sire Kingwood. I felt almost bullied to send back a rental verification, although I communicated when it would be sent. I also expressed that I was overseeing two communities & could not make time to complete the form as requested until today. Being that we are in the same industry, I would expect a bit more understanding & consideration. Thanks!
Do not live at a Davis Development community. The fire alarm goes off several times a week for no rhyme or reason and when they did alarm maintenance, they flooded half a building. They will enter your apartment with no notice and potentially lock you out, when you try to get ahold of the community management or Davis development directly they will give you the run around. There are no solutions being made other than “I’m sorry.” After hearing that for months, sorry does not cut it. Something needs to be done.
Update 2/22: Just called corporate again! I never got a call as promised by Tracy and I now feel she was just making excuses and even told me “we’re not here to clean up after the residents”. Tracy, I respectfully disagree. Dog feces continues to cover many corners of the property. It is absolutely disgusting here.
