Can I include a 10 out 5 star review? I’ve been going to Dr. Jones for over 20 years, and I honestly can’t imagine trusting my smile to anyone else. From the moment you walk in, the staff greets you like family. They remember your name, ask about your life, and make what could be a stressful visit feel comfortable and easy. No one mentioned any cost for the first visit when I booked or when I arrived. After X-rays I was charged $125 out of pocket so I was surprised by the bill. The dentist was thorough and the staff friendly, but I wish they had told me the price beforehand. Patients deserve basic transparency about costs before services are performed.
