Worst dealer I've ever gone to. Owner is rude and the mechanics aren't anything special. Will not ever go there again or refer anybody to go there either. They were supposed to have my bike for a week and it ended up being months and the issue was never resolved.
Great family business and good customer support. The man gave me a fair price and the woman made me feel welcome. The mechanics preformed quality work.
The old man is a bit shady. jacked up my price on a brand new bike by $100 when it came time to do the paperwork. my fault for not noticing till after I got home. Also, he wouldn't let me leave the shop till my insurance was transferred from my old bike to the new one. That's not their call. You have thirty days to do so under PA law. I won't be back.
