The location isn't bad; the other folks who live there haven't bothered me. But the ownership has changed 4 times in the past 16 months, each just a little less reasonable than the previous one. They closed the laundry room except when they were in the office, during "office hours." I guess that's okay for folks who don't work, but since I normally did my laundry in the late evening, that meant for the past 3 months I have had to hire someone else to do it for me.
