I hired this firm to due my taxes. This firm, by not telling me that our extension only covered the filing and not payment, caused me to incurr a $20,000 IRS pentaly. Then when I call to ask if she would write a letter to the IRS or what could be done she proceeded to snicker/laugh on the phone and said, "there is nothing I can do".
