NEVER NEVER NEVER go with this builder if you don't want MANY MANY MANY problems. Technically they know nothing on the home build and very BAD BAD BAD services.They only hire the sub-contractors and you do the rest...What they told you before signed contract and did after are completely different. I still have many problems let them know to fix 4 months ago and they said will come to fix but never happened. I believe if I do myself is better then them. NOT NOT NOT recommend.
