Jakob L. was our broker and extremely helpful & knowledgeable throughout the whole process. He was well versed in current market pricing, and what we can negotiate for. He helped negotiate with our new landlord (who was trying to raise our rent by 100%) to get it much lower than what he was asking and at a lower yearly increase, with free rent abatement.
