We bought a vehicle here and initially was very happy. We have now had it less than a year and several issues have popped up. This is something we expected buying a used vehicle. What we ended up experiencing is terrible customer service and any lack of accountability, even when it comes to issues that have now become present and are related to work that has been done. Not enough kind words can be said about the GMC staff—from Alex, who went above and beyond to get me all the information on the truck, to John, who had the truck ready for pickup on very short notice. Keith even offered to take my family and me to breakfast while everything was being finalized, and he shared some great stories along the way.
