Not enough kind words can be said about the GMC staff—from Alex, who went above and beyond to get me all the information on the truck, to John, who had the truck ready for pickup on very short notice. Keith even offered to take my family and me to breakfast while everything was being finalized, and he shared some great stories along the way. This experience made the entire shopping process so much better than any I’ve had before. Thank you for that—and for the incredible truck.
Drove to Claresholm to look at a used vehicle from Davis Chevy and wasn't disappointed. Keith's service was exceptional knowing I was in Calgary by sending videos and photos of the vehicle to ensure the drive was not a waste of time. Dealing with John was equally pleasant in a stress free, no pressure environment unlike some of the dealerships I visited in Calgary. We were on our first day of vacation when our GMC 6.2L truck broke down on Hwy II by Okotoks on a Friday at 4PM. I called a couple dealerships and they were not able or willing to help. I then tried Davis GMC in Claresholm and got Hannah in service. Right out of the shoot she was so helpful and let me know their technician would look at our truck first thing Saturday morning. No pressure at all, just genuine support.
