Alex was great. Alex did his research; we went to the HOA meeting. Alex knew more about HOA bylaws than anyone else in the room. In this particular situation he identified notification deficiencies, knew the limits on special assessments which are a certain multiple of annual assessments and that this meeting was not in compliance with bylaws.
