Great caring very intelligent doctor
Extremely unresponsive, unhelpful and not empathetic.
Dr. Bu is a kind and patient practitioner. I have no complaints with his bedside manner or care. Please don't hesitate to trust him and his team. Although I deeply miss Dr. Bloor, Dr. Bu is competent and intelligent. Please also remember that healthcare providers and support staff are also human, just like us.
I have been to this office several times and I have nothing good to say about Dr. Bu. But Kathy, the nurse who calls patients back to schedule appointments is one of the rudest customer service representatives I have ever spoken with. She should try listening more than talking.
