I gave Davis Brothers Hvac 4 stars because there is always a little room to improve, but I am very happy with the customer service. I got a notice about a discount for flushing sediment from my water heater. Miguel clearly explained that if too much buildup was inside the tank, trying to remove it could lead to a leak. I really appreciated his honesty, HVAC knowledge, and careful approach in not doing a service that could create a bigger problem. We had another AC repair company look at our HVAC system before, and they said everything seemed fine. But we kept seeing water draining from the emergency line instead of the normal condensate pipe, so we knew something was off. I absolutely love this HVAC company. They are always on time, professional, and very friendly. We had our central AC system and water heater installed by them, and the whole process was smooth and easy.
