Very rude and spite fool. No sympathy and unprofessional. Despite the fact that I had a fever and had the very first appointment of the day, I waited till about noon and was then told that they bumped me to the end of the patient line, because of my insurance.
First of all you must be prepared to wait at least 3hrs to see Dr. Brandy. She is always late and tries to say it is from the hospital or was up late delivering! Hello that's her job stop complaining to patients. I try not to go to the doctor much and usually see nurse pract by choice. I had an appointment the other day and I could hear her in the hall talking with one of those reps that bring samples and she was showing him horse videos of her daughter riding.
