Awful customer service. The women that answer the phones are unpleasant and make it clear they don’t want to help you. If you don’t want to answer the phone, don’t have one!
Owner/manager Sandy Bean is unresponsive, uncaring and unprofessional over the years. It's amazing this place remains in business. Bean just collects the fees but has no real interest in what goes on at the properties she's in charge of "managing" so conditions go unchecked. Lack of attention borders on negligence.
There maintenance man Timothy tagge is always grabbing his private area and he's blind and needs to get some help
