I arrived at 8:05am for my 8:00am appointment and Jay took my car right in to have the work done on my car and was promptly greeted at the counter. I sat and waited for my car to be done and at 9:10am I was in and out and very happy with my quote of around $100.00 and they worked around my appointment needs too. So in and out with labor, part, and taxes of a balance of $111.73 and I will refer my friends, family, and neighbors too. I will update this review after I get the estimate from Sam and Linx this coming week. So far, their customer service has been outstanding! They are going to be working with Opportunity Council to give them an idea of costs involved in replacing the clutch and/or transmission before moving forward with the repairs. I left my Mercedes there at 8, and they called me with it done at 11. When I picked up my car, it was slightly less than the quote. That was good, especially given another shop quoted three times the price I paid. From the beginning, they were straightforward. I was referred to them, and I'm so glad I brought my car there. They are trustworthy and reliable. I highly recommend trusting your car with them. I would use them again.

They were able to get me in the same day I called for a brake job. I never felt like they talked down to me or tried to upsale any. I appreciate that. No frills kind of place, but got the job done quick.
