Called them on a Monday with a broken wire from my earpiece to the hearing aid. They agreed for me to come in on Wednesday to repair the problem. They fixed the wire and gave me some additional information on my hearing aids which was helpful. Took me longer to get there than for them to fix the hearing aid.
They always go out of their way to accommodate me as best they can & are always informative . I use the Spartanburg office which is close and convenient.
