Great patient treatment 👍🏻 Explained everything in layman's terms. After trying for 4 weeks, the hearing aids did not perform as I was told. Bluetooth kept disconnecting which meant having to delete the app and reinstall it. Hooking phone Bluetooth to hearing aids and after multiple attempts, finally getting app to recognize the hearing aids. Only handful of times could I actually hear through the hearing aids and not the sound of everything being amplified. Refused to refund all my money. Kept 500 which was an agreement o... read more

My appointment was at 10:30, as soon as I arrived I was taken to the doctors office. She explained everything to me during and after the hearing test. The lady that checked me in was very friendly and efficient. Overall an excellent experience. I will recommend Davis Audiology to my friends and family.
Dr Johnson was great, so helpful and patient. She was really concerned for my needs and getting me fitted correctly without asking me to purchase different sizes. So glad I got to see her. Thanks Dr Johnson. Looking forward to working with you.
