Disappointing Experience with Significant Delays and Lack of Communication My fiancé and I hired this law firm in October 2024 regarding a custody matter. We were clients of the firm and have documentation supporting our attorney-client relationship, including a signed agreement, emails, text messages, and records of communication. BEWARE OF MALPRACTICE!! Unfortunately my experience has not been the same as previous reviewers. I have been a client since Apr 2025 & it is now AUGUST of 2026 & I have had extreme difficulty getting updates, calls returned, calls answered, emails answered, or texts. I was told originally this was a simple case and would just take a few months - but now it looks like in a few months turned into OVER A YEAR. I would sincerely appreciate contact from the firm.

Attorney Magana and his paralegal Lesly were absolutely wonderful! When I called I was able to get a couple of questions answered, which allowed me to feel confident in not retaining an attorney. Class act that give true and helpful insight rather than just signing up clients and taking their money!! Rare these days!
