These people are so unprofessional and rude. They think they can talk to you any type of way because they are attorneys. Please don’t hire them unless you don’t want your case to be handled in a professional manner. Terrible

Beyond disappointing complete nightmare do not hire them. I hired them in November of the 2025 to July of 2026 paid him a 3,500 retainer and then $700 every month and then they asked me for $5,000 for the trial. I got maybe or seven phone calls for $12,000. I got no parenting plan that was useful she gave me a parenting plan which I directly told her I didn't want I told her I can't keep doing what I'm doing I'm physically incapable of it that's why we're here in court and then she just gives me something a parenting plan th... read more

I do not recommend this law firm or attorney Katie Morford. They take $2500 for a retainer then $650 a month with no invoice or information on how the funds were used. I called the office to ask about how the money is being spent by the attorney, the receptionist hung up on me. As for Katie, she's a VERY POOR communicator. An appointment with the magistrate was changed from a zoom meeting to in-person. I find out about the change the morning of the appointment from the court scheduler and had to rush from Toledo to Cleveland... read more
